Dominic began his journey in healthcare following a challenge posed by a family member. (He was asked to make a difference in the lives of others.) As a result, Dominic began his training and education in the nursing field. Prior to joining the Southwood team, Dominic worked for Beaver County in various capacities before finding his passion in psychiatric nursing. He began his career with Southwood in May 2014 as a nurse the Inpatient Program. Since that time, Dominic has held various roles during his employment that have aided him in further developing his wealth of knowledge and skill set. Dominic’s unique leadership style has made him a valuable and influential member of the Southwood team in. His focus on employee and patient opinions, as well as, staff development & safety ensures that we are providing the best quality care and serves available to children and adolescents in our care. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his 3 children.
